Meadowville is built at the intersection of I-295 and the James river.
Current access to Meadowville is provided by an diamond interchange on Interstate 295 at Meadowville Technology Parkway. North Enon Church Road which intersects with Route 10 east of the I-295/10 interchange also provides access to the park.
Additional roads in the park provide access to the Amazon Fulfillment logistics operation and to the Northrop Grumman technology center.
Water and Wastewater Service
Chesterfield County owns and operates the water system serving Meadowville. The system was designed to accommodate water intensive users. Meadowville has an on-site water storage tower. The system can provide up to 10 million gallons per day. Wastewater service is also provided by Chesterfield County.
Natural Gas Service
Natural gas service is provided by Columbia Gas of Virginia. Columbia Gas is committed to providing the clean, efficient energy needed for Meadowville’s growth.
The Village of Meadowville
A village is being built at Meadowville. There’s a new Towne Center being planned to occupy 40 acres on Meadowville Road just beyond of the Meadowville Technology Parkway roundabout. The Towne Center will feature multifamily housing over retail shops.
Across Meadowville Road from the Towne Center, Meadowville Landing is being developed as an executive-level single-family home community. More single family housing is being constructed along North Enon Church Road.
Meadowville is home to major technology, financial, and logistics corporate leaders. Northrop Grumman, Amazon and Capital One have already connected at Meadowville.
The masterplan for Meadowville includes beautiful and health-oriented amenities like sidewalks, ponds and walking trails.
